2. Bookings & Payments

• If you do not wish for yourself or your child to appear in photographs or videos, please inform us before the event.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refunds for paid activities will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If an event is cancelled by Obsessive Recessive Roots C.I.C., any fees paid will normally be refunded or transferred to an alternative session.
• We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred as a result of cancellations.
